Who We Are
All of our workers are hugely experienced with a minimum NVQ level 2 in a relevant field or equivalent and that all our staff undergo our own specialised training in this field. All staff are police checked and know exactly what they are doing.
What type of cases do we accept?
We accept ‘Private law’ cases, (including divorce and separation) and ‘Public law’ (if the local authority or social services are involved in your family). Before accepting a referral, we would ask a few basic questions to make sure that we are able to help. All referrals are subject to a risk assessment.

We provide a safe way for contact to happen as naturally as possible, we are there to make sure there are no issues or difficulties and to ensure the child’s safety and wellbeing.
02 Wellbeing
We are not here to judge or take sides, our sole aim is that contact occurs for the child’s benefit. Our service is there to ensure the child’s safety and wellbeing at all times and that contact is positive for all concerned.
03 Solutions
The best possible solution is that contact is normalised in the long term and that beneficial arrangements are made for the child.
I wanted to give a big shout out to Futures Matter's contact service. They've been a game-changer for me as a parent trying to maintain contact with my 2 boys 7 and 5.

Futures matter have worked with me and my 7 Yr old daughter for 7 month now, myself and my daughter thoroughly enjoy our contact. Before futures matter became known to me I hadn't seen my daughter for 30 month! I have always found the supervisors very professional going above and beyond at times to make contact enjoyable for both myself and my daughter.
I couldn't recommend a better service and both myself and my daughter are thankful for all Rohan and the team offer. Each contact is followed by a detailed report of how the contact went and any issues that may arise. I wish they were more places offering this opportunity for fathers/mothers to be able to have meaningful contact.

The service has been incredibly beneficial for our family. As a father, it was heartbreaking to be separated from my children, but the compassionate, work, support and help provided of the service made all the difference. The staff were incredibly professional and created a safe space where I could rebuild my relationship with my kids. Through these supervised visits, we've been able to reconnect and just be a normal family, I am so grateful this agency and the positive impact it has had on our family.
